This comes as three packets in the flavor of chocolate or vanilla. I chose chocolate. This comes with a lot of powder in the foil bag. 

When you mix it all up (I used milk) the color is not as dark as shown on the product packaging. It is more of a very light brown/white and more vanilla looking (I assume the vanilla is pure white.) This is very easy to make, just mix with your favorite drink and shake shake shake! Some product will not dissolve, it will settle at the bottom but most will turn into creamy, yummy protein packed goodness.

When I say protein packed, I MEAN protein packed! 25g per serving, enough to make you full and keep full for hours. I recommend drinking this slowly as if you drink it too fast you much feel ill from being too full. The taste of this is light, you do get a little chocolate taste but I tasted my milk more even though you have tons of product in each packet. It was not bad though, it was not a sweet chocolate, it was more like a tootsie roll flavor. I was defiantly full and satisfied when I had this and I would enjoy this each day as a meal replacement.
