Review

This comes in a large 8oz jar which is PLENTY of powder to do your face once a week or a full body wrap since a little goes a long way. The powder is very fine and soft, it dissolves well in water (but make sure you use more than recommended since it tends to clump up and its a bit hard to spread) I have only used this as a facial mask so I can not say anything about how it is on the body but this is great for tightening and making the facial skin smooth and soft.

I have this one right now as I type because I wanted to tell you my experience as I went along. It went on smoothly, it is goopy and slimy and easy to spread as long as you put enough water in it and mix well, there are however some clumps that will just not come out so you have to smoosh them well with your fingers before you put it on, or leave them that's fine.

After about ten minutes you can really feel it hardening and tightening your skin, you may also get itchy. You may also scare you mother when you walk out to get tea, a bonus! This really does smell like seaweed, very beachy and organic smelling. After about 10 - 15 minutes its time to take it off (I go for 20 because I am lazy and want it to be totally dry) You need to use a warm cloth and you need to scrub, this does not want to come off easily! The scrubbing however leaves your skin exfoliated and smooth and moisturized (you can add moisturizer afterwards but I do not since I do this at night)

This is defiantly a good skin buff and shine and like I said it is a very generous amount in the jar (see that pic? it is as big as my dogs head!) I will continue to use this weekly or biweekly and when it runs out I think i will buy more. Give it a shot, you will not be dissapointed, just be prepared to scrub!

Review

The name does not lie, these towels are exceptional! The first thing I noticed was how large these are, easily can wrap around my body with room to spare and they are PLUSH, super soft and you can really feel the thickness of it, very well made stuff here I have used this for both body drying and hair drying and they work very well, the water is absorbed quickly. However trying to wrap such a big towel around my head to dry my hair was a hassle as these are rather heavy as well. 

The color i chose was Teal and it was spot on, very pretty color. They have a ton of option for color and I would love to get these in the dark purple/eggplant shade as well as black. 

On the outside, Dina Demille is the epitome of normal. She runs a quaint Victorian Bed and Breakfast in a small Texas town, owns a Shih Tzu named Beast, and is a perfect neighbor, whose biggest problem should be what to serve her guests for breakfast. What an oddly pleasant book! Clean Sweep takes Vappires and Werewolves and pushes them past earth's boundry.. literally! The Vamps and Wolfys of this world are not of this world, they are from other planets and just happen to come to earth and to Dina's Inn. 

 What is an Innkeeper? An Inkeeper is a person who runs a specialzed in for those passing through earth. She protects and serves them neutraly through magic of her own. An inkeeper does not get involved with others and does her duty with aplumb. Too bad somone is offing doggies and humans in Dina's town! She has no choice (according to herself) to not get involved. Dina was a likeable character, she was strong and witty. I found myself laughing at her inner voice and cheering for her. Our main guy Sean was okay, I am not one for military types (even the furry four legged kind) he was brash and sometimes rude but he grew on me by the end. Our vamp Arland was what most typical U.P. Vamps are, Charming, beautiful and deadly. I did like him more than Sean and I hope something developes between him and Dina 

 Now my favorite character, that I do hope gets moer time next book is Beast, the tiny black and white Shih-Tzu. Why? she is bad ass! She is always there with licks for Dina, and when she needs a little help running a certain werewolf up a tree well.. she gets the job done! There is more than meets the eye with this pint-sized pup. 

 The way the story is told is fluid, there is really no swearing and the sexual theme is toned down, this may change in future books but I found it a breath of fresh air personally. The world building and the way that other species are alens was very interesting. Even down to the spiders at the end, I hate spiders but i wanted to know more about them.

 If you like your love triangles, fighting baddies, magic and witty Heroines, then Clean Sweep will entertain you. My only gripe? it needed to be longer!

REVIEW

I really do not know what to say about this serum, it is your typical topical serum for providing Vitamin C into your skin in a fast, easy, safe way. It did make my skin firmer and brighter but there were just some things that made it unpleasant for me. One, the consistance of this, it was a very runny, clear liquid and if I put too much on my fingers it was a juggling game to get it to not fall off before I got to my face with them. As you can see in the picture, the serum ran off my hand while taking it. 

This had no smell and that was lovely since some can have a ton of chemical odor, I also enjoyed that it had an eyedropper for application. However you MUST use a moisturizer afterwards! this will seriously  dry out your skin in a flash. You only need a few drops of this, do not go overboard.

 I know that I will not buy this when my sample is gone, I will use it until it is though and I hope others out there will as well since I am sure it will work for someone (just not me) The eye serum I got with it (it comes with every order) is wonderful though! Thick and creamy with no smell its easy to apply around the eyes and is not irritating, it made my eyes brighter and my dark circles a little lighter. 

REVIEW

First off $5.00 for a box like this is awesome! For someone who doesn't have a Walmart near them or can't get out of the house much like me the convenience of this is great, even if it is a crap shoot for what you get every 90 days. Overall though I am happy with it. It took about 2 weeks to get to me which was nothing at all, it may even have taken less time I am not sure. 

Niki Minaj "Pink Friday" perfume vial

When I saw this I instantly thought "I don't want to smell fake" However I gave it a try, I was pleasantly surprised! The smell is strong in the vial (which is taller than a normal sample vial from indie companies) but on my skin it lightens down and becomes a light scent. Not that it smells much different from any other celebrity perfume I have tried but it is nice for what it is and the sample vial will last me a while. 

Dove advanced hair series oxygen moisture shampoo and conditioner

I will not use these, I don't change my hair routine much since my hair is very thin I need special shampoo and conditioner to make it look somewhat good. 

Loreal glossy lip balm in Lovely Mocha

I will NEVER open this or wear a color like this, it does not match my skin tone at all. While it may be a pretty color for someone who is tan or of darker skin, my pale skin would just make it look off. 

Dove pure care dry oil for hair

My hair is greasy enough as it is and again, hair product.. though I can see the benefit of this for those who have dry hair or want more shine. 

Covergirl glowing nights glosstini in color LaserLight

This is so cute! I adore polish and was happy to have this. I am not sure what color they were going for though.. its like a light black.. dark blue? essentially its a shiny black color instead of a matte but its not as 'black' as some can be, if that makes any sense! I have it on my nails now though and I love it. The application is smooth and easy, no clumps or tackiness and drys quickly The size is perfect for sampling and will last a few times use. 

Neutrogena nourishing long wear makeup

I will stick with my revlon colorstay. I do not wear foundation that often anyways, but this is a nice paper to figure out what color you would be (I am easy to figure out.. the lightest one there is!)

I figure this is my 'grail get' for this box. I am SO happy to get deodorant, it amazed me that i got such a large sample. The scent isn't baby powdery, of which I am so happy. This is what i say when i talk about convenience, a good sized deodorant will last a few weeks at least depending on how much and how often you apply. This made the box worth it for me.

REVIEW

I do not know much about Garcinia, even so I decided to give these little capsules a chance. After about 2 week son them, I can not really say that they have given me extra energy nor can I say if they helped me lose weight (though I have been since eating better and excersizing so perhaps!) they DID however stop my appetite, I took two a day, one 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch and one 30 minutes before dinner and it really did help me feel full. They are easy to take with a glass of water and have no ill taste afterwards. 
I will continue to take these until they run out and then decide if I will buy more. Hopefully soon they will give me extra energy during the day (I seem to be a night person more.) 180 capsules, taken twice daily will last you quite some time too! It is recommended to do it 4x a day (two before meals) but I find that overkill unless you really, really want to.

I received the product free in exchange for an honest review. 

I have not used a serum before, so I was a little skeptical, I also do not have "aging" skin so I was unsure how this product would work with my younger skin. I have to say though that my skin after using this serum for a week or so is much softer! While not moisturized (I still had to use my aloe face cream) it is smoother and dare I say it.. glow-y. 

That's not to say the product is 100% wonderful, it is not. Yes it makes your skin soft, supple and dewy but it also is sort of sticky Let me explain, the serum itself is clear and thin, it is easy to apply and you do not need a lot of it to cover your face. However, after the cooling tingle wears off (I enjoyed the cooling tingle after washing my face with warm water) and the serum dries it leaves your face with a kind of tacky feeling, if you poke your cheek your finger sort of sticks slightly and pulls the skin, this was a minor inconvenience as I found that I could not stop poking myself until the stickiness went away (about 5-10 minutes.) The serum has a pleasant smell, it has the chemical smell of most beauty items of this nature but it also has a very slight floral smell that is not unappealing. I will continue to use this product until it is out, but because of my skin I probably will not buy more.

 I also really like the fact that are animal friendly and mostly natural/paraben free.
