Since this kit contains professional maximum strength whitening gel, it is not reccomended for use if you have sensitive teeth.

If you want a whitening kit that is gentle and provides results over a period of time (not immediately, as that could be unsafe) then this kit is great for you. It comes with a lot of little syringes full of the whitening liquid, which you only use a few MLs so you really do get 50 uses out of it. I personally loved the syringes because they are also marked with the MLs so you know how much to use. The brush it comes with is a wonderful addition, you can really get in the nooks of your teeth and get every surface available. 

The light was tricky though, if you do not read well (or do not read instructions because you are in a hurry to use it or.. male..) You need to open it up to the batteries and take the little plastic piece out before it will light up. The light is gentle and easy to turn on and off. You get three teeth trays with this, one for top and bottom and one  just in case. You need to boil some water and hold the tray in it so that it becomes pliable and then stick it in your mouth and suck it as close to your teeth as possible so that it will mold around them (if you mess up do not worry, you an do this as many times as you need) You can review instructions HERE for molding the trays. 

The actuall process is easy. The liquid itself once on your teeth bubbles and you can feel it working, it is tingly. I left it on for 15 minutes with the light on it (which fits perfectly in my mouth, my mouth is small and it popped in and out easily) and then took it out with the trays and brushed my teeth afterwards. Be warned, there will be A LOT of drool! you do NOT want to swallow during the process because you might swallow some of the product and may get sick  Cleanup is fast and easy and you can keep everything together in the little plastic bag it all comes in or use a ziploc bag. 

It says for quicker results to do it for up to four hours (not the light though, that must come out after 15 minutes) but I could not see myself using this for that long. My teeth have started to whiten little by little, its  nowhere near sparkle snow white but they do look better. If you are looking for a quick fix this is not for you, but if you want something that will work over time and is safe, then give it a try.

Zombie stories, we know them we love them but there is ittle in the way of variety. The whole premise is that mindless zombies (whatever they may be called by the people in the books) are running rampant and its up to the survivors to either, well, survive or fight back. Nothing new right? Zoe, Undead changes that. 

 Sure there are your typical 'give me brains' brainless zombies but this book does not follow the survivors persay.. it actually follows someone bitten, a zombie and yet, not. Zoe is a seventeen year old autistic girl who just happen to be half zombie, she has grey skin and heals faster than regular humans but she retains her cognitive functions and does not have a craving for brains, she quite enjoys spagetti-Os instead. 

 Zoe was a joy to read about and read how she handled certain situations. Her child-like innocent nature was charming and I enjoyed learning how autistic minds work. I also enjoyed how she grew through out the book and came out of her shell a bit, and I hope there i something between her and Zach in the future because it is so sweet! The other characters lended charm and whit and sometimes a bit of naughtyness, I liked most of them and I near cried at one point in the book (no spoilers!) 

 I think the only thing i could say bad about this book is some of the writing. The storytelling is fluid and the world building is fine It is just the way the author chose to word some things. I can't count how many times someone 'barked' a scream or order or how many times someone "smartly' did something. These are little gripes however and it does nothing to kill the mood of the book, it was just something I picked up on. If you want a nice zombie read from a different perspective, pick up Zoe, Undead. You will not be dissapointed!

I love green tea, I love everything about green tea from the health benefits to the earthy taste and its history. This came packaged in the little tin (you see in the picture) in a baggie for extra freshnes and safe travels. Once you put it in the tin out of the bag you get roughly half the tin full of beautiful green powder. 

 When the directions say to put a teaspoon in the cup THEN the boiling water.. do it! I did it the other way out of sheer lazyness and it did not work, there were clumps and it did not dissolve right. When you do it right though (after stirring it really, really well) you get his hot, delicious, pretty cup of green heaven. 

 I have never had ceremonial grade Matcha before, I have always just had the bagged version and this was a treat! You first notice the aroma, its earthy and deep and then you notice the color, this bright algae green that is so lively and inviteing. The taste? exquisite. It is bitter but not harsh, not sweet but light and soft, slightly floral. It is the perfect cup of warm pick me up you need when you are sitting inside out of the cold reading a book. You can even use this in baking (matcha and chocolate are SO good together) sprinkle some over chocolate cupcakes or brownies or roll chocolate truffles/fudge in it and shake off the excess!

This was an ARC and let me tell you, if you like twists, an underdog, hardship with a sprinkling of comradere and friendship, politics and schemes, then you just may want to pick up this book.

 Half a King is about Yarvi, a man with only one hand who is thrust into position as king, and then due to some unortunate circumstances thrust into being an oarsman slave. Throughout the book i felt sad for Yarvi but i did not pity him his infirmiry, it gave him his character and made him what a great hero should be. He made mistakes here and there, he got thrown the short end of the stick many times but he was clever, what he lack in strength he made up for in wit and cunning. 

 The world building was decent, you never really get a feel for the lands. Its hot here, its cold here but that was basically it, they traveled so quickly through them that any landmarks or notable details are soon forgotten. That is not to say that the author is not detaled or focused, the book was great and I really liked the descriptions when given. 

 What really shines though is the friendships Yarvi makes, his companions that travel with him add spice and each has their own personality. I really liked how the friendships were rocky at first, especially with Ankran, but they built up and becae more than just second-hand characters. 

 The plot twists at the end were very well done, I could not have known what was going to happen even though there were wubtle hints here and there in the book. I do hope there is a next one though or the author i working on more books as i type, i would love to read ore from him!

I am a fan of masks and anything i can slather on my face sit in a bath and read for at least 15 minutes and not have to move. This was perfect for that, however.. not so perfect for my skin. 

 The jar is fine enough and large so you get plenty of product and you do not need to use much (in face i recommend you do not or it will take forever to dry) However, the substance itself is ... a disturbing texture. It looks fine because its dead sea mud the cold grey look is conducive to 'mud' but the feel of it is just wrong, its slimy and goopey. This does not smell bad though and feels pretty good on your face its just the odd hand feel that gets to me. The mask will dry in about 10-15 minutes, do not leave it on more than that even if it is not fully dry, this will start to itch badly if you do, at least it did for me! 

It is easy to wash off though and takes no time at all, just be sure to wash it off with warm water and your fingers in circular motions. Also, make super sure you have a really good moisturizer on afterwards and this will dry you out extremely badly! Your skin will look very nice afterwards though, very dewy and new looking and your pores will be shrunken and less visible.

An all natural soap made with natural oils, butters, activated charcoal and real silk! 

They make lotions as well as soaps in a variety of scents.

Anyone that knows me knows that I LOVE indie soaps and lotions. I was at the flea market one day and right before I was leaving I found a little table with the nicest guy selling lotions and soaps. I was drawn to this black, purple, and cream swirled soap. 

 It is marketed as "silk" soap. I was unaware what silk soap was but apparently it means 'You will have skin like a baby seal" .. well, maybe not a baby SEAL but.. baby like things defiantly. My skin was so SOFT afterwards. It took a little bit for me to get used to the fact that you are not going to have that tight, pulling sensation while using this that most bar soaps feel like. It really is smooth and light and makes your skin silky.  

I had later learned that this soap is actually made with 100% pure Silk! That is a first for me. 

 The smell of this one is fantastic, it is a grape smell but not an overpowering grape or an artificial odor. It smells sweet and fresh. I have this in a soap box that i keep open on my sink and it scents the whole bathroom. This bar has lasted me months and it is quite large, I actually had to cut a third off so t hat i could fit it in the box. It is also very decorative if you do not want to use it, the flowers on top are so pretty. If you do use it though do not be scared if you get some black streaks on your skin while in the shower or bath, It is the activated charcoal and it is very healthy for your skin, it helps with acne and pores and anti-aging so it is a good thing!

It is black! I like black! Okay so 'charcoal' may have given that away but I was happy to see that it was a color i enjoy, its the small things in life right? Anyways, this was VERY stiff when you get it out of the package/box and i was wary of it because i did not think it would get soft too much.

 pleasantly it did. it has fibers in it that make is soft and also pliable. the box tells you to go easy with it so that you do not hurt the fibers and you really do not need to use this roughly, it works with just gentle movements. It has a wierd texture to it in my fingers, sort of a dry slime (does that make sense?) like touching snakeskin. This really did not bother me. 

 After I used it i followed the box and gently squeezed it between my hands and left it to dry, it took a day but it did dry back to its original feel and texture. This helped get off some dead skin but not much, its nice if used with a sugar scrub or microderm though. I really liked how it was not tested on animals and is vegan friendly and all natural.
