Everyone has digestive issues at least once in their lives. I have a fiber deficiency and so I need probiotics a bit more than some, It took a while but these really did work! 

 The pills are small and easy to swallow and there are enough for 30 days so you can take 1 a day and be good, It took about a week or two but i did see improvements on my overall digestive capabilities. (without going into too much detail, i found i was going easier) I had no adverse side effects from this, no dizzyness, stomach aches, or bloating.
