REVIEW

I do not know much about Garcinia, even so I decided to give these little capsules a chance. After about 2 week son them, I can not really say that they have given me extra energy nor can I say if they helped me lose weight (though I have been since eating better and excersizing so perhaps!) they DID however stop my appetite, I took two a day, one 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch and one 30 minutes before dinner and it really did help me feel full. They are easy to take with a glass of water and have no ill taste afterwards. 
I will continue to take these until they run out and then decide if I will buy more. Hopefully soon they will give me extra energy during the day (I seem to be a night person more.) 180 capsules, taken twice daily will last you quite some time too! It is recommended to do it 4x a day (two before meals) but I find that overkill unless you really, really want to.
