The look of this bar I admit is pretty bland. The taste was light as well, i did not get pineapple coconut out of this though i did get sweet honey and a hint of coconut. The reall suprise is the hidden crunchy factor from the chia seeds. They provide a unique twist, almost a popping sensation while you eat this. The bar itself is pretty thin and chewy but not a bad mouth feel. I did not notice extra energy but it was a nice snack to fill you up for a few hours. The chia seeds you may be picking out of your teeth all day though so thathats just a warning! Overall this is quite healthy and tastes pretty good, I enjoyed it.
